Hi Everyone,

Sending you a warm invitation to attend our IB Coordinator Global Leadership Summit, taking place via Zoom from June 20th to 22nd, 2025.

Over the years, Kurt Supplee and I have connected with over a hundred IB Diploma Programme Coordinators through our various workshops and custom trainings. Building on those experiences, we’ve decided to create this Global Leadership Summit, bringing together a select group of 25 IB Diploma Programme Coordinators from around the world to learn, share, and collaborate.

While Kurt and I will be leading most sessions, we’ve included Daily Roundtable Discussions in the schedule, giving you the chance to share insights, best practices, and ask questions alongside fellow IB Coordinators. I introduced this Daily Roundtable format at my IB Economics Summit in Shanghai last October, and it was an deeply enriching experience for everyone involved.

Here are a few highlights of the three-day Summit:

• Building a Strong IB Foundation – Understanding IB standards, structuring effective communication, and ensuring smooth program implementation for students, parents, and faculty.
• Transforming IB Core Management – Leveraging the TOK classroom as the hub for the Extended Essay, CAS, and critical thinking, while developing a cohesive IB Core leadership team.
• Enhancing the Extended Essay Process – Implementing a structured cohort model, aligning EE timelines with IB deadlines, and fostering faculty collaboration for student success.
• Optimizing Coursework & Exam Logistics – Establishing clear timelines, managing IA and EA deadlines, and streamlining IB exam preparation for an efficient, stress-free experience.
• Driving Continuous Improvement & Reflection – Using data to refine program strategies, supporting students post-exam, and effectively communicating results to stakeholders.

We will be limiting enrollment to 25 attendees, so if you're interest save your spot as soon as possible.

Both new and experienced IB Coordinators are welcome.

Important Note: If you’re unable to join any of the live sessions due to time zone differences or prior commitments, you can still enroll and gain full and unlimited access to all of the resources, which will be available immediately after the Summit concludes.
